The Company has established the following Privacy Policy regarding the protection of personal information and shall comply with it.

"Personal information" means information about a living individual under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information that falls under any of the following: information containing a name, date of birth, or other description by which a specific individual can be identified (including information that can be readily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual), or information containing an individual identification code.

In conducting our business activities, and in recognition that our customers have entrusted us with important information, the Company has established an information management system to protect personal information and handles the collection, use, and provision of personal information appropriately. The Company uses personal information obtained only for the following purposes.
1. To respond to consultations related to our business, including business succession, and to arrange and conduct meetings
2. To communicate and exchange materials regarding business succession discussions and due diligence
3. To provide information, reports, and communications regarding fundraising to our Limited Partners (LPs)
4. To respond to inquiries regarding our business
5. To respond to consultations related to recruitment, including arranging and conducting interviews
6. For purposes incidental to any of the above
Article 3 — Compliance with Laws and Confidentiality
The Company shall comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information.
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except where required by law or where the individual has given consent.
Article 4 — Security Measures
To protect personal information, the Company implements measures such as managing personal information appropriately, specifying methods for taking personal information off-site, and preventing unauthorized access by third parties, in order to prevent leakage, loss, falsification, or destruction of personal information. Personal information whose purpose of use has been fulfilled will be responsibly and appropriately discarded or deleted at the Company's discretion.
Article 5 — Requests from the Individual
If the Company receives a request from an individual regarding the disclosure, correction, deletion, use, or provision of their personal information, the Company will respond sincerely in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 — Revisions to This Privacy Policy
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy, and customers shall be deemed to accept such revisions. Except as otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect once it is posted on this website.
